Information we collect
You can create an invoice without creating an account and without providing your name or email address. The billing details you type — company and client addresses, line items, rates, tax, and notes — are processed locally in your browser to render the document and calculate totals. We do not sell personal information.
Where your data stays
By default, the invoice data you enter is stored in your browser’s local storage on your own device. It is not transmitted to our servers. Because local storage is tied to your browser and device, data can be cleared by clearing your browser data or by using a different device or private browsing window.
Optional actions are explicit: exporting a PDF uses your browser’s print flow, emailing an invoice opens your own mail application, and sharing a draft copies a link that encodes the invoice contents. When you share such a link, anyone with the link can view that invoice — share responsibly.
Security
Because your data remains on your own device for the core workflow, the main security consideration is protecting your device and browser. We recommend using an up-to-date browser, a locked device, and caution when sharing draft links that contain billing information.

Clear your browser’s site data to remove stored drafts and theme preferences.
Use private browsing to prevent anything from being stored on the device.

We may update this policy from time to time. The "last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent version. Significant changes will be reflected here.
Advertising & cookies
We use Google Analytics to understand aggregate site usage, such as pages visited and general device or browser information. Google Analytics may use cookies or similar technologies. We do not intentionally send the invoice information you enter—such as client details, addresses, rates, or line items—to Google Analytics.
This site does not currently display Google-served ads. If Google-served ads, including AdSense, are enabled in the future, Google and its partners may use cookies or local storage to measure ad performance, limit fraud, and, where permitted and with the required consent, personalize advertising.
Where consent is legally required, we will present a consent message before using cookies or local storage for advertising personalization. You can also manage advertising preferences through Google's My Ad Center and review Google Analytics opt-out options at Google Analytics Opt-out.
